I created this site as a means of sharing information about and collaborating with others in the disciplines of Information Design, Business Intelligence, Creative Thinking, designing the User Experience, the Product Deployment Life Cycle, and Process Engineering.

I am the Product Manager responsible for Crystal Reports. My time is spent devising ways to capture new users for Crystal Reports while protecting the investment that existing organizations and developers have made in the various solutions under the Crystal Reports brand. In addition, I spend my time researching competitors, adjacent markets, discovering new opportunities for partnership, and coming up with ways to introduce improved functionality for developers that use our solutions.
